Q1:How can I get a sample from you to confirm the quality?
A:1. You can give us exact fabric composition, size chart and craft details. We will arrange sample as per your specification.
1. You can send us samples. We can make the sample exactly according to your sample.
2. If you have interest in our styles, we can send it to you.
Q2. What’s the lead time for the bulk production?
A:Depending on the yarn you use. If you use color and yarn from our color card, usually, the sweater will be ready in 30 days after you confirm the pp sample. If dyeing the yarn, it need around 40-50 days for the production. If top dye yarn, need around 60-80 days depending on the quantity. If ship by sea, it takes 7-10 day to ship out from the port.
Q3:How about the sample service?
A: 1.Usually the sample price is double or triple price,But once have a order we will return back the sample fee.
