1. For new customers, we will charge the sample cost, and return it when it's ordered, freight fee will be collected. For old customers, sample charge could be free, only freight fee will be collected.

2): Confirm other details such as lead time, payment,shipment.
3): You need to pay the deposit.
4): After bulk finished, we will send the shipping sample for your approval if you need.
5): You arrange the balance payment. We will arrange shipment and related documents.
6): When you got the goods , tell us the comments then we can do better next time.
